Matthew Liburdi started diving at the age of 12 and became a PADI Open Water Instructor in1985. Matthew owned and operated the Orange County Scuba School till 1991 when it merged with Liburdi's Scuba Center. He is one of the leaders in certifications in California and has achieved the distinguished status of PADI Course Director, the highest professional certification available from PADI. Matthew is regarded as one of PADI's most highly skilled, knowledgeable, and engaging educators. Matthew is also a SDI Instructor Trainer.
